We advised the owners of two Polish limited liability companies from the IT industry on the sale of 100% of shares to a foreign capital group controlled by a parent company from Slovakia. During the transaction process, we represented the sellers – owners of companies from the IT industry. As part of our services, we represented the sellers in negotiations with potential buyers, provided support in the due diligence process, negotiated and prepared transaction documentation, as well as assisted in closing the transaction.
