We advised the investment fund Allenort Capital Fund on the acquisition of an enterprise from a company operating in the healthcare sector. In the transaction, we represented the buyer, i.e. the Allenort Capital Fund investment fund. Our services included conducting legal due diligence, negotiating and preparing transaction documentation (including but not limited to a company sale agreement), as well as providing support in closing the transaction.
