We advised the management board of Staff In sp. z o.o. – a recruiting company – on the so-called management buy-out transaction involving the purchase of shares in a limited liability company by former board members from a current owner (an English company). During the transaction process, we represented the management board of a Polish limited liability company. Our services included negotiating and preparing transaction documentation as well as support in closing the transaction.
