We advised owners of a Polish company from the IT industry on Knapp AG entering as an investor into a limited liability company limited partnership. In the transaction process, we represented former owners of a limited liability company limited partnership. Our services included negotiating a letter of intent, supporting the due diligence process, negotiating and preparing transaction documentation (including but not limited to agreements between shareholders) as well as helping in closing the transaction.
